The website is owned and managed by Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Nolimit", "we", "us") and trades as "Carpet Cleaning Pro Pretoria". The website provides information about carpet, rug, upholstery and mattress cleaning in Pretoria East and lets you send an enquiry to an independent cleaning contractor.

2. How enquiries and cleaning services work

• Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd owns and manages this website.
• When you send an enquiry, it is passed to an independent cleaning contractor.
• The contractor contacts you directly and is responsible for giving you a quotation.
• If you accept, the contractor performs the cleaning services, invoices you and collects payment.
• The agreement for the cleaning services is between you and the contractor. Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is not a party to that agreement and does not provide cleaning services.

The contractor is an independent business. It is not an employee, agent, partner or joint-venture partner of Nolimit. When the website uses words such as "the cleaning team" or "the contractor", it refers to that independent contractor.

3. Quotations, prices and services

• Any quotation, price, booking, payment terms, cancellation policy or guarantee is given by the contractor, not by Nolimit.
• Service descriptions on the website are general information about the types of cleaning that can be requested. The specific method, scope and price for your job are confirmed by the contractor in its quotation.
• Asking for a quote is free and does not oblige you to accept it.
• Any questions or complaints about the cleaning work, damage, payments or refunds should be raised with the contractor, who is responsible for the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 against the supplier of the cleaning services.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact details and only submit enquiries for yourself, or with permission from the person concerned.
• Don't use the website to send spam or unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or try to interfere with how it works.

5. Privacy

When you send an enquiry, your details are shared with the independent contractor as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Website information

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is general information only and may change without notice. See our Disclaimer.

7. Liability

Because Nolimit does not provide the cleaning services and is not a party to your agreement with the contractor, Nolimit is not responsible for the contractor's quotations, workmanship, conduct, pricing, timing or any loss or damage arising from the cleaning services.

To the extent permitted by law, Nolimit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or for the website being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, or liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. Intellectual property

The website's content, design and graphics belong to Nolimit or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use, but may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Links to other websites

The website may link to other sites, such as the Information Regulator. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
